Celebrate the Children employs a range of professionals. As a paraprofessional CTC offers an opportunity for professional development and advancement. Given this unique system, employees have the opportunity to work toward a level 2 position, a BA position, and a Level 3 position.

During this process, candidates will be assigned a special mentor and must meet with administration 3 times a year. It is important to note that positions are not guaranteed. Also, some employees may meet the criteria sooner than others and positions are filled on a need be basis.

Statuses are reevaluated at the end of each year, and further requirements may be needed to maintain your position.
