Transition and Young Adult Program

              Transition Program

At age fourteen, children are eligible for transition services.  Students participate in job sampling, job shadowing, and internships within the community to become more aware of potential future careers. Students who wish to move into higher education also receive support in searching out colleges that will accommodate their needs. ​

 Our developmentally-based Continuing Education Adult Program for students 18-21 years of age, incorporates a systematic integration of 21st century life and career skills across the K-12 curriculum and in career and technical education programs .
