As a result of your generosity, we have been able to continue to support our special needs community in innovative ways. This coming year, as we celebrate our 20th year of special education, we continue to cultivate a legacy that both you and our students can be proud of, while recognizing that there is still so much more work to be done. As a not for profit, any fundraising is critical to support new programming and initiatives for the betterment and growth of our students. Celebrate the Children is not just a school, but a strong community of Staff, Families, and Stakeholders who deeply care about our students and their progress. We believe very strongly in our students’ abilities and the right to be independent and included in their community. |
Celebrate the Children has always been unique in our DIR Methodology, curriculums and developmental lens. We have always emphasized what our students can do and are capable of, rather than zeroing in on the deficit. We are a strength-based model and will continue to strive and advocate for every student who enters our program.

How do you express gratitude when words aren't enough? Each day my son spends at school is a day of connection, authenticity and a strong sense of self. Each day my son comes home from school is a day of family pride, dignity and peace. Getting placed at Celebrate the Children was a paradigm shift and an opportunity for us to rebuild and learn from the past when everything seemed futile and harrow. Celebrate the Children embraced and valued our family as a unified whole with no missing pieces. Celebrate the Children respected my son's individuality and that ignited the fire and motivation from within. We were finally uplifted and we are on the path to healing. Most of all, the noble selfless efforts of the CTC outreach team in the hopes of impacting change for the future generation is commendable. Celebrate the Children calmed our hearts and our souls.
